The Berwyn Police Works Department has unleashed its entire fleet of trucks to remove the falling snow from streets and lay down salt in preparation of additional snow fall.
Public Works Director Bob Schiller said the department's dozen plow and salt trucks have been out on Berwyn streets since early this morning and no problems have been reported as of 11 a.m. after two to three inches of snow fell in the morning hours.
"We have plenty of salt, all my trucks are running and plenty of people to put in them," Schiller said.
