Graffiti damage reported in apartment foyer
Police said a resident reported someone used a black and brown permanent marker to deface an interior door in the foyer of an apartment building. The incident was reported at about 1:30 p.m. Jan. 23 along the 900 block of North Rohlwing Road, police said.
Snow blower reported taken from garage
Police said a resident along the 600 block of Lake Manor Drive reported a red Craftsman snowblower was taken from the garage at about 8 a.m. Jan. 11, police said.
No loss damage was given on the snow blower, and police did not indicate if the garage was locked at the time of the burglary.
Car window broken, stereo taken in burglary
Police said a resident along the 500 block of South Addison Road reported the rear passenger window of a 1991 Toyota was smashed, and that someone entered the vehicle and removed a compact disc player. The incident occurred between 5 a.m. and 5 p.m. Jan. 7, police said.

Local man charged with drunken driving
Pascual Garcia, 23, 134 Mason St., Bensenville, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and no valid driver’s license at about 11:15 p.m. Jan. 26 at 405 Mason St., police said.
Two charged for property damage
Jose Cardona-Castillo, 25, and Jose Villanueva 25, both of 22 Pine Ave., Bensenville, were charged with battery and criminal damage to property at about 3:15 a.m. Jan. 26 at 417 E. Washington St., police said.
Lombard man charged with drug, traffic offenses
Garett Schweikhofer, 27, 21W344 Fullerton Ave., Lombard, was charged with driving with a suspended driver’s license and possession of marijuana at about 7:45 p.m. Jan. 25 near Foley Street and Grove Avenue, police said.
Graffiti spray-painted at Redmond Park fixture
Police said someone spray-painted graffiti on the band shell at Redmond Park at about 2:45 p.m. Jan. 23 at the park, 600 John St.
No damage estimate was given.
Local resident charged with pair of offenses
Sabino Arenas, 31, 950 Irving Park Road, Bensenville, was charged with disorderly conduct and criminal damage to property at about 10:30 a.m. Jan. 23, police said.
Two men charged with trespass on Main Street
Christopher Robles, 45, 421 Grace St., and Richard Furmanek, 43, 1011 W. Hillside Drive, both of Bensenville, were charged with criminal trespass and criminal damage to property at about 6:45 p.m. Jan. 22 at 11 W. Main St., police said.

Purse reported taken in vehicle burglary
Police said a resident along the 1200 block of North Michael Drive reported someone smashed in the front window of a car and took a purse that was in the front seat. The incident occurred between 7 a.m. and 3 p.m. Jan. 21 but was not reported until Jan. 29, police said.
Addison man charged after incident at eatery
James W. Hickey, 42, 236 S. Villa Ave., Addison, was charged with tumultuous behavior after an incident at about 6:15 p.m. Jan. 27 at Crossroads, 396 W. Irving Park Road, police said.
Two gym lockers burglarized at Fenton
Wood Dale police said they received two complaints that someone had stolen items from gym lockers at Fenton High School last week.
According to police, someone reported an Apple iPod was taken from a gym locker. The incident was reported at about 8:45 a.m. Jan. 25, police said.
Later in the day, police said they received a second complaint that a wallet containing a driver’s license, a Social Security Card and $10 cash was taken from an unlocked gym locker.
