Police said a resident along the 400 block of Stevens Drive reported that the rear door of an apartment complex had been defaced with graffiti sometime between 11:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. April 12.

Police said a resident along the 100 block of south Villa Avenue reported someone had gained entry to a residence and removed several items sometime between 12:30 and 5 p.m. on April 9, police said.

Police said a resident along the 100 block of Rozanne Drive reported someone entered a garage and took several items sometime between 9 a.m. April 9 and 12:30 a.m. April 15, police said.

Local man charged with drunken driving
Cirilo Garcia, 29, 930 W. Irving Park Road, Bensenville, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and no valid driver’s license at about 11:30 p.m. April 20 near the intersection of Eastview Avenue and Irving Park Road, police said.
Bellwood man charged with disorderly conduct
Gilberto Alborran, 27, of Bellwood, was charged with disorderly conduct at about 11:30 p.m. April 20 along the 200 block of York Road, police said.
Three men face charges for marijuana possession
Daniel Bahena, 19, 107 Lincoln St., Bensenville; Alejandro Rivas, 18, 371 Oak St., Wood Dale; and Kasey Yates, 19, 100 George St., Bensenville; were charged with possession of marijuana at about 2 p.m. April 18 at 130 E. George St., police said.
Resident reports case of identity theft
Police said a resident along the 100 block of North Addison Street reported someone had used his personal information to purchase four cellular phones at about 7 p.m. April 16, police said.
Police probe theft at local business
Bensenville police are investigating a theft complaint after a manager of a local business reported that two employees may have stolen $31,508 from the company at about 2 p.m. April 16 at an unnamed business along the 100 block of South Addison Street, police said.
No charges have been filed in the case.

Tools, stereo equipment taken in vehicle burglary
A resident reported seeing five men take items from a car at about 2:30 a.m. April 23 along the 300 block of Oak Avenue. The only description given was that the men were in a green car, police said.
Stereo equipment and a tool set were among the items reported stolen, police said.
Purse reported stolen after car burglary
A Lombard woman reported someone smashed in the passenger-side window of her car and removed a purse at about 4:30 p.m. April 21 along the 200 block of west School Street, according to police reports.
The purse contained $60 cash and a gift card, police said.
