Two charged with trespass at apartment complex

Jeremy Jordan, 24, of Bolingbrook, was charged with criminal trespass after police said he was seen driving away from an apartment complex where he was forbidden to be at about 2:15 a.m. Dec. 2 near the intersection of Lake Street and Swift Road.

Police also said Solomon Booker, 32, of Chicago, a passenger in Jordan’s car, was charged with transportation of alcohol.

Diesel fuel reported stolen from truck

Police said an employee of a unnamed business near the intersection of Dunteman and Rohlwing roads reported someone siphoned a half a tank of diesel fuel from a truck parked in the lot of the business between 4 p.m. Dec. 1 and 7:30 a.m. Dec. 2, police said.

No loss estimate was given on the stolen fuel.

Police probe several car burglaries

Police said they are investigating several automobile burglaries that occurred Dec. 1 that may be connected.

Four burglaries were reported between 6 and 7:15 a.m. at locations along the 600 block of Iowa Avenue and the 100 block of Blecke Avenue.

In all four cases, driver’s side windows were broken on the cars, damaging the dashboard, and in-dash stereos were removed.

Police did not indicate damage estimates in the incidents, and no suspect information was given.

Addison man faces drunken driving charge

Manuel Cruz, 23, 320 Dale Drive, Addison, was charged with driving under the influence, no valid license, speeding and improper lane usage at about 12:45 a.m. Nov. 27 near the intersection of Addison Road and Blecke Avenue, police said.

Local man charged with disorderly conduct

Gerardo Palomeque-Gutierrez, 28, 1076 W. Irving Park Road, was charged with disorderly conduct at about 8:45 p.m. Dec. 13 at his residence, police said.

Bensenville man faces indecency charge

Lionel Burks, 19, 17W207 Read Oak, Bensenville, was charged with public indecency and possession of marijuana at about 5:30 p.m. Dec. 12 along the 1000 block of South York Road, police said.

Chicago man faces possession charge

Francisco Rosado, 46, of Chicago, was charged with driving with a suspended license and possession of marijuana at about 5:45 a.m. Dec. 9 at 860 Foster Ave., police said.

Man faces charge of driving on revoked license

Santiago A. Martinez, 23, of Melrose Park, was charged with driving with a revoked license at about 5:45 p.m. Dec. 12 along the 100 block of West Irving Park Road, police said.

Resident reports case of identity theft

Police said a resident along the 300 block of East Itasca Street reported someone opened an account in his name without his permission.

According to police, a 32-year-old man reported he received a call from a credit union that said he owed $1,293 on an account he had no knowledge of. The incident was reported at about 6 p.m. Dec. 10, police said.

Police indicated the resident should contact the credit union’s fraud department regarding the incident.
