How to Get Your Home Sold in Today’s Market is the name of the class, and Rauch will share simple staging strategies to make a strong impact, along with other important factors such as pricing, location and community services.
The second class, scheduled on October 18, will investigate the unique characteristics of real estate as an investment tool: Evaluating Income and Investment Properties. Learn about assessing potential income and wealth building opportunities, appreciation, liquidity and how to identify possible risks before purchasing an investment property.
