Cabinets at Danada, a full-service kitchen and bath design firm owned by Geneva-based Havlicek Builders, is preparing to unveil its second showroom. Cabinets at Danada/Studio West in Geneva will celebrate its official grand opening Thursday, June 26.
The public is invited to attend the event from 6 to 8:30 p.m., during which cocktails and hors d’oeuvres will be served. Reservations are required by June 19; contact Christine at (630) 260-1200 or at chris@cabinetsatdanada.com.
Cabinets at Danada has its original location in Wheaton. The second site is designed to showcase an even greater variety of new designs, products and finishes in a different type of showroom, said Diane Bohstedt, designer with Cabinets at Danada/Studio West, a leading dealer of Wood-Mode and Brookhaven fine custom cabinetry.
“The concept at Studio West is to convey a more intimate feel and residential environment — as if the customer was walking into a real home instead of a retail establishment,” Bohstedt said.
Studio West boasts seven distinctive display areas, including three working kitchens, a butler's pantry, sitting/family room, laundry/family organization room, and a conference room. Additionally, the showroom houses a powder room, selections area and four offices. Future plans call for a mock garage that will display special cabinetry and flooring for the garage.
