Video: School bus driver comes across malfunctioning railroad gates

A school bus driver captured this video on Jan. 28 at the railroad crossing at Addison Road in Villa Park. The gates had failed to come down. School buses were stopped on both side of the tracks when the train's conductor walked to the middle of the intersection and halted traffic.
