Today is the last day to sign up for the Freedom Fore Youth golf tournament through the Bartlett Park District.
The tournament will take place July 1 at Apple Orchard Golf Course from 9:30 a.m. to 2 p.m.
The tourney is designed for both boys and girls in three age groups: 9-10, 11-12 and 13-15. Trophies will be awarded using the Peoria Handicap system with winners being notified after the tournament. Additionally, all particpants will receive a golf ball, tees and a coupon for a soft drink.
Those players who are already registered for the junior golf league do not need to register for the Freedom Fore tournament as it is included in the junior league fee.
