Bartlett earns first place National Night Out award

The National Association of Town Watch announced that the Village of Bartlett and the Bartlett Police Department came in first place for the 2010 National Night Out award for population of 15,000 to 49,999 due the thousands of residents who took part in the celebration.

Bartlett competed against 47 other communities for the prize within the United States. The Police Department will present the trophy to Village President Mike Kelly and the trustees Tuesday, Dec. 21 at the Village Board meeting.
