Colonial sponsors ice cream contest

Colonial Cafe and Ice Cream will host an ice cream-eating contest at 12:30 p.m. Saturday at Hoosier Grove Park.
The contest will take place at the family main stage at the 2008 Streamwood Summer Celebration at Hoosier Grove, 700 W. Irving Park Road.
Registration begins at noon. For more information, call the Streamwood Park District at (630) 483-3132.
