Runners/walkers to take step towards ending homelessness

DuPage Public Action to Deliver Shelter will hold a run/walk at 8 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 6, at the DuPage PADS Support Center, 703 W. Liberty Drive, Wheaton.
Participants can run in a 10K or 5K race or enjoy a 3K walk along the Prairie Path, while raising funds for homeless services in DuPage County.
Registration fees are $25 for the 10K or 5K run and $20 for the 3K walk. Those who collect $125 or more in donations can register for free. For more information, visit www.padsrun.org.
