• St. Paul Evangelical Church Vacation Bible School’s “Son Games 2008” will be from 9:30 a.m. to noon Monday, July 28, through Friday, Aug. 1., at 118 First St., Bloomingdale. Several special days — like sports jersey or T-shirt day, crazy hair day and mascot day — along with crafts, music, snacks, games and Bible stories have been planned.
