Arts in Bartlett will offer an Earth Day tag art collage class on April 30 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Bartlett Arts Center.
The arts center is located at 117 W. Railroad Ave. Instructor Linda Kinnaman will lead the class.
Participants will leave with a finished project using an Marie Antoinette image and will learn the background layering technique on a 8’’ x 10’’ canvas with acrylics, paper and clothing tags.
Students should bring a zip bag of clothing tags, a 1’’ paint brush and any fibers, papers, lace, fabric or ephemera they want to include in their piece.
The class is $30, which includes a stretch canvas, a cupcake hat sticker, sewing pattern tissues, acrylic and gel and an assortment of papers, fibers and embellishments.
The class is limited to 10 students.
