Addison
Tires slashed on Elizabeth Drive
All four tires on two vehicles along the 100 block of Elizabeth Drive were punctured by unknown means. The incidents were reported at about 4:45 p.m. Jan. 12. No damage estimate or suspect information was given.

Man faces two warrants
Jorge Gomez, 26, of Chicago, was taken into custody on two outstanding warrant charges for failing to appear in court. He was arrested at 12:45 a.m. Jan. 10 along the 500 block of Valerie Lane.
The warrants were discovered while police were investigating a loud noise complaint during which Gomez allegedly ran into an apartment.

Battery alleged
Jose Torres, 34, of the 800 block of College Boulevard in Addison, was charged with domestic battery and unlawful interference with the reporting of a domestic violence complaint at about 7:45 a.m. Jan. 7 at his residence.

Man faces battery charges
John Spearman Jr., 27, of the 300 block of North State Street in  Addison, was charged with domestic battery and criminal damage to a motor vehicle at 9:45 p.m. Jan. 5 at his residence.

Police: man kicked officer
Trumell Holmes, 20, of Chicago, was charged with battery and resisting a police officer after police said he kicked a police officer during a loud resident complaint. The incident was reported at 3:30 a.m. Jan. 3 along the 600 block of Meadows Boulevard.

Bensenville
Rosemont man charged with DUI
Leonardo Lopez, 46, of Rosemont, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol at 10:30 a.m. Friday  along the 300 block of East Green Street.

Woman charged with theft
Helen R. Henry, 29, of Chicago, was charged with theft after she allegedly stole gift cards. The incident was reported at 2:30 p.m. Jan. 14 at 1128 Tower Lane.

GPS system taken
A navigation system was taken from a vehicle along the 400 block of Meyer Drive . The incident was reported at 11 a.m. Jan. 13. No loss estimate was given, and police did not indicate if the vehicle was unlocked.

O’Hare street signs taken
Several street signs were taken from the area vacated as a result of homes being purchased by Chicago for O’Hare expansion. The thefts were reported at 9:45 a.m. Jan. 13 at Hamilton Street and Meigs Court.

Wood Dale
Storage locker burglarized
A storage locker at One Wood Dale Place Apartments, 338 N. Grove Ave. was broken into and several tools stolen. The incident occurred last weekend .
Police said they have the name of a possible suspect. No loss estimate was given.

Man charged with DUI
Javier L. Ayala, 32, 290 W. Irving Park Road, No. 1F, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol at 2 a.m. Sunday  along the 100 block of Irving Park Road.

Resident reports fraud
A total of $2,186 was taken from a resident’s bank account with an electronic withdrawal without the person’s approval. The incident was reported at 5:30 p.m. Jan. 15.
