James Rodriguez, 30, of the 100 block of East Comstock Avenue, Addison, was charged with disorderly conduct after police said he got into an argument with family members at about 10:30 p.m. Dec. 13 at his residence, police said.

Woman reports theft at local store

Police said a woman reported someone removed a pink Motorola Razr cellular phone from her purse while she was shopping at about 6:30 p.m. Dec. 13 at the Dollar Store on the 200 block of West Lake Street, police said.
No value was given on the stolen phone.

Addison man charged for shoe theft at Wal-Mart

Juan A. Gomez-Solis, 25, 430 S. Adeline Ave., Addison, was charged with retail theft after police said he allegedly put on a new pair of shoes at a store and walked out without paying for them at about 5:10 p.m. Dec. 10 at Wal-Mart, 1050 N. Rohlwing Road, police said.

Luis Fores-Balderrama, 24, 337 N. Poplar Ave., Bensenville, was charged with telephone harassment at about 11:07 p.m. Dec. 22 at 100 N. Church Road, police said.

Theft reported at cell phone store

Police are investigating a theft complaint after a store employee reported two men stole merchandise at about 7:18 p.m. Dec. 22 at T Mobile, 1137 S. York Road.

No description was given on the suspects, and police did not indicate what the value of the merchandise was.
