WHEATON - You have your chance to find out on Thursday, February 21, when U.S. Rep. Sean Casten, D-Downers Grove, will talk about his experiences as a freshman Congressman Feb. 21 at Cantigny Park, 1S151 Winfield Road, Wheaton. He will also discuss what issues are currently before Congress.
Appetizers and a cash bar will be available at 6 p.m., with the program starting at 7 p.m. Registration is required and can be found online at http://www.wheatonlwvil.org/; parking and program are free.
This event is part of the Civics Awareness Series created by the League of Women Voters of Wheaton and is co-hosted by the League of Women Voters of Wheaton, Glen Ellyn, Downers Grove and Naperville and Cantigny Park.
