GLEN ELLYN – After an extensive search, the B.R. Ryall YMCA of Northwestern DuPage County Board of Directors has named Rob Wilkinson as the its Chief Executive Officer, effective January 2, 2019.
Wilkinson comes to B.R. Ryall YMCA from YMCA of the USA, where he served 22 YMCAs in northern Illinois and southern Wisconsin. Wilkinson has more than 30 years of experience in the YMCA movement, having held roles as CEO for the Kishwaukee Family YMCA (Sycamore, Illinois), Aurora Family YMCA (Aurora, Illinois) and Mattoon Family YMCA (Mattoon, Illinois). He also served as the Executive Director for the Central Florida YMCA (Orlando, Florida). Wilkinson earned his Bachelor of Science degree in recreation administration from the University of Wisconsin La Crosse.

"With his extensive leadership experience and track record of success, we are confident Rob will do a wonderful job in continuing to move our Ys mission forward."
Wilkinson has been an active volunteer leader in the communities in which he has worked and lived, having served on several board of directors for various civic, social and business organizations including the Sycamore Chamber of Commerce, Big Brothers/Big Sisters, United Way and Rotary.
