A Plainfield man wanted on warrants in Kendall, DuPage and Will counties was captured Wednesday, Feb. 7, by a multi-jurisdiction task force.

Members of the U.S. Marshals Service Great Lakes Regional Fugitive Task Force arrested Anthony Betzwiser, 28, in the 2500 block of West Walker Road in unincorporated Na-Au-Say Township in Kendall County.

Betzwiser was arrested on a total of six charges by the three counties, according to the Kendall County Sheriff’s Office. Betzwiser was wanted on a Kendall County warrant for domestic battery and unlawful interfering with the reporting of domestic violence; a DuPage County warrant for failing to appear to court on a theft charge and driving on a suspended license; and by Will County for failing to appear to court on an obstructing identification charge and driving on a suspended license.

Betzwiser had been a fugitive since Nov. 22, police said.
