That small but mighty kitchen showcases the work of two Kendall College culinary graduates with partner Jason Van Lente and Chef Brian Dougherty both receiving their degrees.
As an added note, many of us grew up visiting D'Andrea's Italian Market in the Cermak Plaza in Berwyn. With Greg Notbusch’s wife a D’Andrea family member, I look forward to Dolce’s utilizing the original sausage recipe and perhaps a few more of the treasured specialty items. Hint, hint – Taste of Westmont booth featuring D’Andrea’s sausage!
Each small upgrade or menu enhancement continues to blend well with the Dolce foundation, further strengthening your dining experience. And while the chanterelle season may be over, Dolce’s is just beginning to come into its own!
