A Morris man who allegedly exposed himself to two women in Joliet has an open case pending in LaSalle County on a public indecency and lewd exposure charge.

On June 20, Brent Gerardy, 28, of the 800 block of Liberty Street, was charged with public indecency and lewd exposure in LaSalle County.

He was arrested and posted $150 bail and pleaded not guilty to the charge. His next court date is Aug. 17 for pretrial motions, according to court records.

Gerardy was arrested by Joliet police Wednesday on a charge of public indecency.

Police said that Gerardy allegedly exposed his genitals to a 29-year-old woman in the parking lot of Sam’s Club, 321 S. Larkin Ave., and a 32-year-old woman who was walking her dog in the 900 block of Dawes Avenue.

Police were able to find Gerardy in the 100 block of South Des Plaines Street, where he was in his car with a woman. Police said the zipper to his pants was undone and his shirt covered his exposed area.

The 18-year-old woman in the car with him told officers that nothing happened between them and that Gerardy offered her a ride because the weather was hot, police said.

The women Gerardy allegedly exposed himself to at Sam’s Club and in the 900 block of Dawes Avenue were able to identify him when police arrested him, authorities said.

Gerardy was found guilty of disorderly conduct in 2012 and fined $895.

He also was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia in 2009 by the Channahon police. The charges were dropped in 2010.
