DUI

• Danielle Allen, 29, 635 N. Wisconsin Ave., Villa Park, was charged at 12:28 a.m. Sept. 7 with driving under the influence and speeding at North Avenue and Main Street.

• Ryan Stark, 28, 564 Rosebud Drive, Lombard, was charged at 12:51 a.m. Sept. 8 with an accident, DUI, improper lane use and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident at Fairfield Avenue and Graywood Drive.

• Jose Chavez, 37, 1653 Laurel Ave., Hanover Park, was charged at 1:14 a.m. Sept. 9 with aggravated DUI, no insurance, illegal transportation of alcohol, improper lane use and driving with a revoked license at North Avenue and Rohlwing Road.

• Tiffany Thompson, 31, 1944 Wesley Ave., Berwyn, was charged at 3:46 a.m. Sept. 10 with DUI at White Castle in the 0 block of East Roosevelt Road.

• Alex Raffen, 22, 456 East Court, Elmhurst, was charged at 3:08 p.m. Sept. 12 with DUI and reckless driving in the 400 block of West Collen Drive.

• Susan Newsted, 37, 235 Forest Ave., Roselle, was charged at 9:43 p.m. Sept. 12 with DUI and speeding in the 700 block of West Roosevelt Road.

Marijuana possession

• Vincent Harris, 22, 607 W. Terrace St., Villa Park, was charged at 1:46 a.m. Sept. 11 with unlawful possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of tobacco at Ahrens Court and Maple Street.

• Cedric Sheets, 28, 1620 S. 19th Ave., Maywood, was charged at 10:19 a.m. Sept. 12 with unlawful possession of marijuana at Main Street and Harrison Road.

Criminal damage

• A rear tire of a vehicle was slashed at 1:35 a.m. Sept. 7 in the 1000 block of South Finley Road.

• A mailbox was knocked over at 9:04 p.m. Sept. 7 in the 00 block of Lombard Circle.

• A juvenile wrote graffiti on walls in the bathroom at 11 a.m. Sept. 9 at Glenbard East High School in the 1000 block of South Main Street.

• A juvenile broke the door handle on a vehicle at 8:07 p.m. Sept. 9 in the 00 block of North Glenview Avenue.

• Four doors of a vehicle were damaged at 8:53 p.m. Sept. 10 in the 200 block of Yorktown Mall Drive.

• A nail was placed in the sidewall of a vehicle’s tire between 12:30 and 1:30 p.m. Sept. 11 at Buca Di Beppo in the 00 block of Yorktown Mall Drive.

• A rear cargo area window of a vehicle was shattered at 2:18 p.m. Sept. 13 at Jewel in the 1000 block of South Main Street.

Warrant arrest

• Lakesha Ferguson, 33, 909 Elizabeth St., West Chicago, was arrested at 10:21 a.m. Sept. 7 on an outstanding warrant in the 800 block of East Roosevelt Road.

• Walter Prosek, 40, 1408 Diversey Parkway, Chicago, was arrested at 6 p.m. Sept. 8 on an outstanding warrant at St. Charles Road and Grace Street.

• Mark Treadwell, 34, 1649 Central Park Avenue, Chicago, was arrested Sept. 10 on an outstanding warrant for unlawful possession of a weapon and retail theft in the 200 block of East Wilson Avenue.

• Gerardo Delgado, 36, 17W730 Butterfield Road, Oakbrook Terrace, was arrested at 5:04 p.m. Sept. 10 on an outstanding warrant for traffic offenses and charged with driving with a suspended license, no insurance, operating a motor vehicle while using an electronic communications device and expired registration at St. Charles Road and Park Avenue.

• Sonja Hilson, 30, 1320 Lore Lane, was arrested Sept. 12 on an outstanding warrant for criminal damage in the 200 block of East Wilson Avenue.

• Raymond McElroy, 42, 1410 June Lane, was arrested at 1:52 a.m. Sept. 13 on an outstanding warrant for traffic charges and charged with driving with a revoked license and no headlight at 16th and Main streets.

Trespass

• Myrna Walker, 40, 5N536 Foxmoor Drive, St. Charles, was charged at 6:24 p.m. Sept. 8 with trespass and violation of bail in the 2000 block of South Highland Avenue.

• A juvenile was charged at 8:41 a.m. Sept. 10 with trespass to a school at Glenbard East High School in the 1000 block of South Main Street.

Theft

• A wallet was stolen at 4:25 p.m. Sept. 7 at Target in the 60 block of Yorktown Mall Drive.

• A computer tablet was stolen at 6:35 p.m. Sept. 9 in the 1000 block of South Finley Road.

• Fifty pairs of underwear were stolen from a display at 8:18 p.m. Sept. 9 at Victoria’s Secret in the 100 block of Yorktown Mall Drive.

• A wobble board was stolen from an exercise park between noon Sept. 5 and noon Sept. 9 at Sunset Knoll Recreation in the 800 block of South Finley Road.

• A cellphone was stolen from a bench at 3:40 p.m. Sept. 10 at Forever 21 in the 300 block of Yorktown Mall Drive.

• Three boxes were stolen at 12:33 p.m. Sept. 12 at Walgreens in the 300 block of West St. Charles Road.

• A juvenile was charged at 1:16 p.m. Sept. 12 with retail theft at Von Maur in the 100 block of Yorktown Mall Drive.

• A spare tire on a vehicle was stolen between 10 p.m. Sept. 12 and 10 a.m. Sept. 13 in the 300 block of North Martha Street.

Damage to property

A golf ball struck and damaged a vehicle at 6:49 p.m. Sept. 7 in the 1000 block of South Finley Road.

Burglary

• A residence was burglarized between 8 a.m. and 2:50 p.m. Sept. 8 in the 2000 block of South Grace Street.

• A residence was burglarized and cash and jewelry were stolen from the residence between 12:20 p.m. and 3:20 p.m. in the 2000 block of East Saint Regis Drive.

Identity Theft

Personal information was used to open a credit card account at 5:32 p.m. Sept. 8 in the 600 block of East Emerson Avenue.

Fraud

• Credit card information was used for unauthorized purchases at 5:32 p.m. Sept. 11 in the 300 block of South Finley Road.

• Credit card information was used for unauthorized purchases at 12:44 p.m. Sept. 2 through Sept. 5 in the 200 block of East Wilson Avenue.

Disorderly conduct

• A juvenile was charged at 1:50 p.m. Sept. 9 with disorderly conduct at Glenbard East High School in the 1000 block of South Main Street.

• A fire alarm was activated intentionally at 8:23 a.m. Sept. 10 at Glenbard East High School in the 1000 block of South Main Street.

• Three juveniles were charged at 10:59 a.m. Sept. 12 with disorderly conduct at Glenbard East High School in the 1000 block of South Main Street.

Traffic violations

• Hugo Francisco-Bernabe, 28, 6031 S. Michigan Ave., Villa Park, was charged at 2:18 p.m. Sept. 10 with driving with a suspended license and expired registration at Butterfield Road and Meyers Road.

• Shafi Khan, 48, 518 E. Briarcliff Road, was charged at 3:06 p.m. Sept. 10 with driving with a suspended license and operating a motor vehicle while using an electronic communications device at Main and Hickory streets.

• Peter Griaganavicius, 24, 212 Berkley Ave., Elmhurst, was charged at 12:40 p.m. Sept. 12 with driving with a suspended license at Roosevelt Road and Fairfield Avenue.

• Vanessa Elguezabal, 24, 639 Gunderson Drive, Carol Stream, was charged at 11:38 a.m. Sept. 13 with driving with a suspended license, no insurance and no seat belt at Westmore Avenue and St. Charles Road.

• Herlinda Mendoza-Fernandez, 20, 610 S. Elizabeth Street, Lombard, was charged at 9:54 a.m. Sept. 13 with no front plate and no valid drivers license at Main and Edward Streets.
