Clarendon Hills village manager resigns

CLARENDON HILLS – Clarendon Hills Village Manager Randy Recklaus recently resigned from his position to accept the same position in Arlington Heights.

Recklaus has served as Clarendon Hills village manager since 2011 and will continue to function in current position until Nov. 4.  

Before becoming the Clarendon Hills village manager, Recklaus was the assistant city administrator for Batavia from 2000 to 2011, and worked in St. Charles from 1997 to 1999, according to a Clarendon Hills news release.

The Village Board is expected to begin the process of recruiting a new village manager soon, according to the release.
