DuPage forest preserve district honored for financial reporting

Forest Preserve District of DuPage County Board of Commissioners President D. "Dewey" Pierotti Jr. (left) and district Director of Finance and Administration Jack Hogan receive a certificate of excellence from the nonprofit Government Finance Officers Association, according to a news release from Aug. 19.

The district was recognized for the 27th consecutive year for its achievements in financial reporting, specifically its comprehensive annual report of the 2012-13 fiscal year.
