West Chicago library to offer kindergartner readiness class

WEST CHICAGO – The West Chicago Public Library District is offering parents and their kindergartners an opportunity to get ready for their big first day of school.

Parents are invited to join in as library staff and incoming kindergartners share stories and creative activities geared towards the first day of school.

The program is scheduled for 10 to 11 a.m. Wednesday at the library, 118 W. Washington St.
