Domestic battery

Rabley Banuelos, 20, 1206 Kings Circle, was charged with domestic battery at 11:04 p.m. July 24 in the 1200 block of Kings Circle.

DUI

• Jesus Quinones, 47, 139 W. Stimmel St., was charged at 12:26 a.m. July 21 at 2:59 p.m. July 20 with driving under the influence of alcohol, suspended or revoked driver’s license and traffic – other at Washington and Wood streets.

• Ivan Barriga, 44, 668 White Oak Lane, Bartlett, was charged with DUI – alcohol, speeding – radar, failure to signal and crisis intervention – other, at Arbor Avenue and North Neltnor Boulevard.

Sex offender registration

A sex offender registered at 5:11 p.m. July 25 at the West Chicago Police Department, 325 Spencer St.

Cyberstalking

An incident involving cyberstalking and intimidation was reported at 8 p.m. July 22 in the 1200 block of South Oak Street.

Burglary

• An air compressor, drill set and sawzall were reported stolen at 6 p.m. July 23 after a padlock was cut and door pried open in the 200 block of West Roosevelt Road.

• A stereo was reported stolen at 11:20 p.m. July 24 from a vehicle that was reportedly broken into through the front passenger side window in the 200 block of North Neltnor Boulevard.

• A GPS and a bottle of cologne were reported stolen at 6:30 a.m. July 24 from a vehicle that was reportedly broken into in the 200 block of North Neltnor Boulevard.

Theft

• A pink iPhone 5C was reported stolen 3 p.m. July 22 from a locker room at in the 300 block of Joliet Street.

• An unlocked Schwinn bicycle was reported stolen at 10:30 a.m. July 21 in the 300 block of Joliet Street.

• A Nexus Android 5 was left unattended in a break room and was reported stolen at 7:15 p.m. July 23 in the 1700 block of West Harvester Road.

• Luis Espinal, 18, 509 Weyrauch St., was charged at 4:30 p.m. July 23 with retail theft – shoplifting in the 200 block of West North Avenue.

Property damage

• The front door of a property was reported damaged at 8 a.m. July 20 in the 1200 block of East North Avenue.

• The front door of a property was reported damaged at 6:45 p.m. July 20 by four to five unidentified young boys in the 1600 block of Canterbury Court.

• Christopher Hansen, 21, 108 W. McConnell Ave., was charged at 6 p.m. July 19 with criminal damage to property in the 100 block of Fremont Street.

• The rear window of a vehicle was reported shattered at 1 p.m. July 20 in the 100 block of West Geneva Street.

• Two pickup trucks were reported damaged by keying at 7:30 a.m. July 21 in the 100 block of McConnell Avenue.

• The car window of a vehicle was reported shattered, possibly by shots fired, at 9:15 p.m. July 22 at Neltnor and Grandlake boulevards.

• The rear windshield and rear passenger side window of a vehicle were reported broken at 12:30 a.m. July 23 in the 200 block of West Brown Street.

• The rear window and rear passenger side window of a Toyota were reported shattered and the rear passenger side window of a Ford was reported shattered at 12:30 a.m. July 23 in the 400 block of Stimmel Street.

• The rear and side windows on a Chevy and Chrysler were reported shattered at 7 p.m. July 23 in the 100 block of Norris Avenue.

• The front passenger window of a vehicle was reported shattered at 8 p.m. July 23 in the 800 block of Burr Oaks Drive.

• The front driver side window of a Neon was reported broken at 12:30 a.m. July 23 in the 1200 block of Kings Circle.

• The passenger door window of a Honda was reported broken at 10 p.m. July 24 in the 200 block of North Neltnor Boulevard.

• Gang-affiliated graffiti was reported spray painted in locker rooms by a male subject at 11 a.m. July 23 in the 1200 block of Prince Crossing Road.

• Gang-affiliated graffiti was reported spray painted on a Chevy and a garage at 4:30 p.m. July 25 in the 100 block of West Stimmel Street.

• Gang-affiliated graffiti was reported spray painted on a garage door at 7 p.m. July 25 in the 100 block of East Pomeroy Street.

• Gang-affiliated graffiti was reported spray painted on a garage door at 9:30 a.m. July 25 in the 500 block of Joliet Street.

• Gang-affiliated graffiti was reported spray painted on a garage door at noon July 25 in the 500 block of Joliet Street.

• Gang-affiliated graffiti was reported spray painted on a garage at 7:47 a.m. July 25 in the 100 block of Stimmel Street.

• Gang-affiliated graffiti was reported spray painted on a garage at 8:02 a.m. July 25 in the 500 block of Joliet Street.

Warrant arrest

• Miranda Rubio, 20, 29W554 Country Ridge Drive, Warrenville, was arrested at 9:44 p.m. July 23 on an unspecified in-state warrant in the 300 block of West Stimmel Street.

• Angel Jimenez, 38, 870 Windsor Court, was arrested at 9:41 p.m. July 24 on an unspecified in-state warrant and charged with alcohol possession on public property – local ordinace violation in the 800 block of Windsor Court.

Harassment by telephone

An incident involving harassment by telephone was reported at 7:36 p.m. July 21 in the 800 block of Lincoln Avenue.

Identity theft

An incident involving identity theft was reported at 9:56 p.m. July 21 in the 100 block of McConnell Avenue.

Fraud

An incident involving credit card fraud was reported at 9 a.m. July 26 in the 1400 block of West Roosevelt Road.

Domestic trouble

A verbal argument between siblings fighting over clothing was reported at 10:42 a.m. July 26 in the 700 block of South Neltnor Boulevard.

Dumping garbage

Juan Vargas, 32, 47 Highlake Road, was charged at 9:30 p.m. July 20 with dumping garbage in the 800 block of Main Street.

Traffic violation

• Guadalupe Soto-paredes, 32, 1215 Kings Court, was charged at 2:03 p.m. July 2 with operating a vehicle with no driver’s license at Prince Crossing Road and Hillview Avenue.

• Victor Aurelio, 26, 435 Carriage Drive, was charged with no valid driver’s license and operating an uninsured motor vehicle, and Myra Mendoza, 23, 565 North Ave., Aurora, was arrested on an unspecified in-state warrant and charged with a seat belt violation at 7:50 p.m. July 22 at Neltnor and Grandlake boulevards.

• Cuauhtemoc Martinez, 21, 229 Fremont St., was charged at 3:20 p.m. July 23 with operating an uninsured motor vehicle, suspended or revoked driver’s license and improper backing at Washington and Main streets.

• Saul Fonseca, 18, 1648 Redwood Ave., Hanover Park, was charged at 9:19 a.m. July 24 with operating a vehicle on a suspended or revoked driver’s license and unlawful display of title, permit, registration or sticker at Neltnor Boulevard and Dale Avenue.

• Allende Luna, 23, 440 W. Washington St., was charged at 4:15 p.m. July 24 with operating a vehicle on a suspended or revoked driver’s license and driver and passenger safety belts at Main Street and Turner Court.
