Marijuana possession

• Dominic Marco, 34, 1210 S. School St., Lombard, was charged with aggravated driving while license revoked, unlawful possession of marijuana and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia at 3:43 p.m. July 27 at North Addison Road and Stone Avenue.

• Michael Sagel, 49, 645 W. Merle St., was charged with unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, unlawful possession of marijuana, operation of uninsured motor vehicle, disobeying a stop sign, failure to signal when turning and using an electronic communication device while operating motor vehicle at 7:53 p.m. July 29 at North Avenue and North Grace Street.

• Lazarus Brown, 23, 1021 S. 14th Ave., Maywood, was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana at 12:58 a.m. Aug. 2 at Addison Road and Stone Avenue.

DUI

• Kenneth Schmidt, 49, 141 E. Division, was charged with DUI, failing to yield exiting a private drive, failing to signal when required, speeding and improper lane use and operation of uninsured motor vehicle at 1:41 a.m. July 27 at West St. Charles Road and North Wisconsin Avenue.

Drug paraphernalia possession

• Brandon Bellanger, 25, 635 S. Villa Ave., was charged with unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of stolen items, driving while license suspended and operation of uninsured motor vehicle at 3:22 p.m. Aug. 1 at St. Charles Road and Monterey Avenue.

Retail theft 

• A male juvenile from Atlanta was charged with retail theft at 7:07 p.m. July 28 at Walmart, 900 Route 83. 

• Claudia Mallow, 25, 1125 Washington Blvd., Lombard, was charged with retail theft at 6:46 p.m. July 29 at Walmart, 900 Route 83. 

• Leshaquille Key, 22, 1451 N. Latrobe Ave., Chicago, was charged with retail theft at 2:24 p.m. July 28 at Walmart, 900 Route 83.

• Alyson Goldman, 41, 525 N. Yale Ave., was charged with retail theft at 4:48 p.m. July 30 at Walmart, 900 Route 83. 

• Delila Albarran, 22, 5215 W. 25th St., Cicero, was charged with retail theft at 9:14 p.m. July 30 at Walmart, 900 Route 83. 

• Ashley Soto, 27, 5113 W. 32nd St., Cicero, was charged with retail theft at 9:14 p.m. July 30 at Walmart, 900 Route 83. 

• Sherry Feldten, 44, 316 E. Niagra Ave., Schaumburg, was charged with retail theft at 7:01 p.m. Aug. 2 at Walmart, 900 Route 83.

• Lisa Juarez, 40, 125 Lakeview Drive, Bloomingdale, was charged with retail theft at 3:02 p.m. Aug. 2 at Walmart, 900 Route 83. 

• Chelsea Chambers, 21, 1594 Orchard Road, Wheaton, was charged with retail theft at 4:27 p.m. Aug. 2 at Walmart, 900 Route 83. 

Theft

• Jerry Williams, 38, 544 N. Monticello Ave., Chicago, was charged with theft at 6 a.m. June 12 at 346 Hill St. 

• A rear license plate was taken from a vehicle between 11 p.m. July 27 and 7 a.m. July 28 at 1639 S. Michigan Ave. 

• A Trek road bike was taken between 9 a.m. and 5:40 p.m. July 29 at 349 N. Ardmore Ave. 

• A boys bike was stolen from the exterior of a home between 7 a.m. and 6 p.m. July 31 at 328 S. Oakland Ave.

• Fifteen pallets were taken at 5:20 p.m. July 31 at Walmart, 900 S. Route 83.

Domestic battery

Nicholas Prendergast, 27, 261 N. Ardmore Ave., was charged with two counts of domestic battery at 5:14 a.m. Aug. 2. 

Violation order of protection

Jeffrey Kurucar, 52, 923 S. Ardmore Ave., was charged with violation order of protection at 12:16 a.m. July 25, 3:20 p.m. July 18 and 6:45 p.m. Aug. 1. 

Traffic violations

• Irene Romero, 40, 18W166 Standish Lane, was charged with driving without a valid driver'driverss license at 2:05 p.m. July 28 at Roosevelt Road and South Michigan Avenue.

• Jorge Esquivel, 28, 2229 N. Menard Ave., Chicago, was charged with operation of uninsured motor vehicle and driving while license suspended for failing to secure a child under 4-years-old at 3:07 p.m. July 27 at North Villa Avenue.

• Jonny Padilla, 23, 1100 Gates St., West Chicago, was charged with driving while license suspended and speeding at 12:55 a.m. July 31 at Roosevelt Road and Ardmore Avenue. 

• Hector Perez-Garcia, 33, 311 S. Lodge Lane, Lombard, was charged with operation of uninsured motor vehicle, no valid driver's license and no registration light at 9:24 a.m. July 30 at Roosevelt Road and Ardmore Avenue. 

• Yesenia Palafox, 34, 214 E. Kenilworth Ave., was charged with driving while license revoked and the use of an electronic communication device at 1:21 p.m. Aug. 1 at St. Charles Road and Ardmore Avenue. 

• Juan Pena-Jimenez, 24, 881 S. Lorraine Road, Wheaton, was charged with not having a valid driver's license at 10:44 p.m. Aug. 2 at Addison Road and Stone Avenue.

• Vincent Martinez, 39, 335 E. Vermont St., was charged with aggravated driving while license revoked at 12:34 a.m. Aug. 1 at Addison Road and Stone Avenue. 

• Gabrielle Murray, 19, 415 Kenilworth Ave., Glen Ellyn, was charged with driving while license revoked and operation of uninsured motor vehicle at 10:29 a.m. Aug. 1 at St. Charles Road and Ardmore Avenue.

Criminal damage

• A male juvenile from Villa Park was charged with criminal defacement of property between 9 p.m. July 14 and 7 a.m. July 15 at 1001 W. North Ave.

• A front bumper of a vehicle was taken between 7 and 8 p.m. July 28 at 300 S. Ardmore Ave. 

• Molding was pulled off a vehicle between noon July 28 and 11:51 a.m. July 29 at 518 N. Addison Road.

• A basement window was smashed and a metal frame dented with an unknown blunt object at 8:38 p.m. July 29 at 739 N. Second Ave.

• Siding and windows were hit with 15 paintball shots between 10 p.m. July 30 and 12:01 a.m. July 31 at 1305 S. Villa Ave.

• Glass was broken on a sliding door of a residence at 9 p.m. Aug. 1 at 304 W. Division St. 

• A vehicle was keyed between 7 p.m. Aug. 1 and 6:23 a.m. Aug. 2 at 702 W. Roy Drive.

• An unknown offender popped a door lock on a van and entered between 2:30 p.m. Aug. 2 and 10:30 a.m. Aug. 3 at 629 N. Addison Road. 

Disorderly conduct

A male juvenile from Villa Park was charged with disorderly conduct, possession of a firearm and ammunition without FOID at 4:50 p.m. July 28 at 929 W. North Ave.

Property damage 

Keith Gouldsberry, 24, 608 S. Hawthorne Ave., Elmhurst, was charged with damaging the property of another at 1:26 a.m. July 31 at Ellsworth Avenue and Hill Street.

Burglary 

• A digital camera was taken from an unlocked vehicle and a men's mountain bike and lock was taken from the exterior of a home between 10:30 p.m. July 27 and 1:06 a.m. July 28 at 418 N. Ellsworth Ave.

• Someone was awakened by a car alarm and noticed a person walking away from the vehicle parked in the driveway at 3:10 a.m. July 29 at 104 S. Cornell Ave. Nothing appeared to be missing. 

• Tools were taken from a business between 8 p.m. July 28 and 8:30 a.m. July 29 at 118 W. Home Ave. 

• A laptop, cables and shoulder bag were stolen from an unlocked vehicle between 4:30 p.m. July 29 and 6:50 a.m. July 30 at 218 S. Yale Ave.

Attempted burglary

• Someone tried to pry open a bedroom window at 12:20 p.m. July 29 at 434 S. Riverside Drive.

• Someone tried to pry open a vehicle window in a parking lot at 1:38 a.m. July 31 at 333 N. Princeton Ave.

Mischievous conduct 

Four eggs were thrown at a vehicle between 1 and 10 a.m. Aug. 2 at 217 W. Plymouth St.
