LOMBARD – Helen Plum Library is offering free career training programs through the library’s new online source, Gale Courses.

The six-week online courses start monthly, and participants can access the training anytime from anywhere with their Plum Library card.

The hundreds of courses include accounting, computer applications, health care, law, technology, and more, with lessons, quizzes, and a discussion area. Dedicated instructors facilitate every course, pacing learners, answering questions, giving feedback, and facilitating discussions, according to a library news release.
