LOMBARD – H&M will celebrate its grand opening at noon Thursday at 370 Yorktown Center in Lombard.

The first 100 shoppers in line will receive an H&M T-shirt and an Access to Fashion Pass, worth $10 to $300, in addition to other opening offers.

Customers can also participate in H&M's global garment recycling program, where they can earn a voucher for 15 percent off their entire purchase for each bag of clothing they donate.

Before noon on opening day, customers who bring bags of clothing to be recycled will also have the chance to win H&M gift cards from $50 to $100, in addition to the voucher.

“Illinois continues to be a strong market for us and we are happy to offer our customers in the state more access to our fantastic collections,” Daniel Kulle, U.S. president for H&M, said in a news release.

The 22,000-square-foot space offers collections for men, women and children. The store will feature separate sections for accessories, lingerie, sports apparel, maternity and plus-size clothing.

Store hours are 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday. The store's phone number is 855-466-7467.
