The Chicago Bears added some local flavor to their roster today (July 31, 2014) when they signed offensive lineman Graham Pocic.

Pocic, who played at Lemont High School before continuing his career at the University of Illinois, signed a one-year contact, according to media reports, and was added to the roster after the Bears waived wide receiver Terrence Toliver.

The 6-foot-7, 310-pound Pocic signed as an undrafted free agent and participated in minicamps with the Houston Texans in 2013, but was then cut. He later signed with St. Louis Rams as an undrafted free agent in 2013. He did not make the Rams' 53-man roster in 2013; he was brought back by the team and was released in May of 2014.
