Glen Ellyn Park District seeks volunteers for advisory committee

GLEN ELLYN – The Glen Ellyn Park District Board of Commissioners is looking for residents to serve on the Citizens' Advisory Committee, according to a park district news release.

Applicants who wish to volunteer must live in the district and be willing to devote several hours per month to the committee for a period of two years. 

Interested residents should mail a resume to Nick Cinquegrani, Glen Ellyn Park District, 185 Spring Ave., Glen Ellyn, IL 60137 or email ncinquegrani@gepark.org.

Preference will be given to applicants with a background in finance and accounting, particularly municipal accounting.

The deadline for applications is Aug. 1, and interviews will be scheduled in the subsequent weeks.
