Riverside Police Explorers attend conference

From left: Tim Geroulis, Kyle Longino, Khris Walker and Brandon D'Altorio, members of Riverside's Police Explorer Post #390, attended the National Law Enforcement Exploring Conference on the campus of Indiana University recently to represent the village of Riverside at the bi-annual conference.

Explorers participated in team competitions, seminars, individual competitions and shows. The program was designed to allow the young explorers to learn about law enforcement skills and show of their own.

The Police Explorer program is a cooperation between the police department and local boy scouts interested in a career in law enforcement.
