Burglary

A purse, $50 in cash and credit cards were stolen from a vehicle between 6 and 7:53 a.m. July 18 in the 500 block of Pershing Avenue.

DUI

• Sienna A. Milner-Oh, 20, 1115 Scoville Ave., Oak Park, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol with a blood-alcohol content above 0.08, illegal transportation of alcohol and failure to dim headlights at 1:12 a.m. July 17 at St. Charles Road and Eastern Avenue.

• Jenna L. Wolf, 31, 5S504 Innisbrook Drive, Naperville, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol with a blood-alcohol content above 0.08, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and improper lane usage at 1:13 a.m. July 17 at Fairview and Exmoor avenues.

• Susan B. Funk, 49, 524 Glendale Ave., was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol with a blood-alcohol content above 0.08, improper lane usage and speeding at 1:17 a.m. July 18 at Roosevelt Road and Main Street.

Obstructing justice

Michael D. Usry, 53, 1N520 Highland Ave., was charged with obstructing justice, aggravated driving while license revoked, operating a vehicle without insurance, no valid registration and illegal transportation of alcohol at 2:01 p.m. July 19 at Main Street and St. Charles Road.

Property damage

Katherine A. Kohley, 28, 417 N. Main St., was charged with criminal damage to property at 12:16 p.m. July 16 in the 400 block of Main Street.

Public intoxication

• James R. Wichester, 67, 703 W. Liberty Drive, Wheaton, was charged with public consumption of alcohol at 10:13 p.m. July 17 at Panfish Park.

• Mark A. Lawler, 19, 1276 S. Lloyd Ave., Lombard, was charged with public intoxication and consumption of alcohol by a minor at 6:50 a.m. July 18 in the 500 block of Roosevelt Road.

Driving uninsured

Emmanuel Torres, 23, 1105 Route 53, Lombard, was charged with operating a vehicle without insurance, operating a vehicle without a license and improper license plate display at 11:18 p.m. July 17 at St. Charles Road and Eastern Avenue.

License suspension

• Enrique Monjaraz-Garcia, 47, 97 E. Blecke Ave., Addison, was charged with driving while license suspended at 2:19 a.m. July 14 in the zero block of Nicoll Way.

• Uzair B. Omer, 19, 21W549 North Ave., Lombard, was charged with driving while license suspended, operating a vehicle without insurance and disobeying a stop sign at 9:44 p.m. July 16 at Forest and Pennsylvania avenues.
