LOMBARD – Healthy Lombard hosted its most recent summer "hot spot" event Saturday at Sky Center Martial Arts, 112 W. St Charles Road.

Soak the Sensei included several water-related healthy activities, including a dunk tank, a water gun war and a water balloon barrage.

The organization's hot spot events are part of its Flat Apple Summer Program, intended to keep children healthy and active.

Future hot spots include Healthy Hints for Healthy Lombard's cable show Saturday at the Chicago Red Stars game, assisting with a barn raising and scavenger hunt Sunday at the Lombard Historical Society's Sweet's Civil War Reenactment, and National Night Out on Aug. 5.
