NEW LENOX – The Silver Cross Foundation raised $115,000 at the 23rd Annual Charity Golf Classic. Held at the historic Midlothian Country Club on June 23, more than 200 golfers came out to support Silver Cross Hospital. Proceeds will be used to support rehabilitation services at the new hospital.

Among the many donors in this year’s Banner Booster sponsors were Block Electric, EM Strategies, First Midwest Bank, HSA PrimeCare, Kurtz Ambulance Service, and the Silver Cross Medical Staff.

“Thanks to the generosity of sponsors, golfers and event volunteers, we are able to continue to provide state-of-the art inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation care at the hospital and throughout the communities we serve,” Larry Johnson, vice president of the Silver Cross Foundation, said in a news release.
