Unlawful use of weapon

Jonathan Overton, 22, of 1378 Parkside Drive, Bolingbrook, was charged with unlawful use of weapon at 11:39 a.m. July 3 in the 1400 block of Raven Court.

Marijuana possession

Franklin Morris, 27, of 214 E. Bailey Road, Naperville, was charged with possession of marijuana, delivery of marijuana, possession of drug equipment, traffic sign violation, no insurance, two in-state warrants and driving on a suspended license after a traffic stop at 4:05 p.m. July 1 at Lily Cache Lane and Canterbury Drive.

Robbery

A victim was battered and a cellphone, U.S. currency and shoes were taken at 10:50 p.m. July 7 in the 400 block of Mallview Lane.

Battery

• Robert Dean, 22, of 1805 Arbor Lane, Crest Hill, was charged with domestic battery and resisting a peace officer at 8:49 p.m. July 2 at the 309 building of Woodcreek Drive.

• Dominick Hudson, 18, of 30G Wildwood Drive, Bolingbrook, was charged with battery at 6:54 p.m. July 3 in the 400 block of Rockhurst Road.

• Brittany Grant, 21, of 316 Rawlings St., Carbondale, and Charity Lewis, 21, 1056 Crestwood Lane, Bolingbrook, were both charged with criminal damage to property and Michael Braxton Jr., 21, of 1531 Shagbark Drive, Bolingbrook, was charged with battery at 7:38 p.m. July 4 in the 1500 block of Shagbark Drive.

• Two unknown subjects battered a victim at 6:02 p.m. July 3 at Apple Valley Drive and Chestnut Lane. Another victim was battered and had his iPhone headphones stolen at 6:18 p.m. at Augusta Boulevard and Kings Road.

• Officers were dispatched to a business in the 300 block of North Schmidt Road for a report of a battery at 9:04 p.m. July 3 after two subjects were involved in a verbal altercation that turned physical.

• Officers were called to the 500 block of Remington Boulevard for the report of a battery at 8:22 p.m. July 6 after a subject became combative and fought with staff while being treated.

DUI

• Alexis Nwankwo, 27, of 1399 Danhof Drive, Bolingbrook, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving too fast for conditions and improper lane use after a traffic stop at 2:09 a.m. July 5 in the 1500 block of Remington Boulevard.

• Ryan Miller, 35, of 136 Leslie Lane, Bolingbrook, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and improper lane use after a traffic stop at 3:39 a.m. July 5 at Boughton Road and Lyons Drive.

Trespass

• Shava Jackson, 19, of 416 Salem Square, Bolingbrook, and Devonte Roberson, 18, of 457 Sauk Lane, Bolingbrook, were both charged with criminal trespass to property at 6:49 p.m. July 7 in the 100 block of Queenswood Drive.

• Maurice Isom Jr., 20, of 6 Hywood Lane, Bolingbrook, was charged with criminal trespass to property at 6:55 p.m. July 8 in the 400 block of Salem Square.

Theft

• Kiera Barfield, 20, of 5407 S. Indiana Ave., Chicago, was charged with two counts of retail theft and resisting a peace officer at 2:50 p.m. July 6 at Victoria’s Secret, 641 E. Boughton Road.

• Jada Fulkerson, 34, of 20954 W. Ardmore Circle, Plainfield, was charged with an in-state warrant and theft at 11:48 a.m. July 7 in the 300 block of East Boughton Road.

• Two cellphone boosters and a booster kit were stolen at 1:34 p.m. July 1 at Radio Shack, 1196 W. Boughton Road.

• A Dyson vacuum was stolen at 9:19 p.m. July 2 at Kohl’s, 1138 W. Boughton Road.

• Four vehicle rims were taken between June 11 and July 4 in the 600 block of East Boughton Road.

• A mountain bike was taken between 2:40 and 7 p.m. July 7 from inside a garage in the 100 block of Sandalwood Lane.

• Officers were called to an office in the 1000 block of Remington Boulevard for the report of a theft after unknown subjects were seen in an office between 10 and 10:22 p.m.

Property damage

• The window to a front door was damaged at 12:30 p.m. and a window and a mirror were damaged at 2:30 p.m. in the 200 block of Diane Court.

• A residence was egged at 1 a.m. July 1 in the 400 block of Delaware Circle.

Warrants

• Michael Cowling, 63, of 404 Michelangelo Drive, Bolingbrook, was charged with an in-state warrant at 12:05 a.m. July 1 at his residence.

• Brandon Lewis, 19, of 813 Briarcliff Road, Bolingbrook, was charged with an in-state warrant at 6:05 p.m. July 2 in the 300 block of West Briarcliff Road.

• Alaina Jones, 24, of 161 S. Schmidt Road, Bolingbrook, was charged with an in-state warrant at 8:38 a.m. July 2 in the 200 block of South Bolingbrook Drive.

• Philip Current, 30, of 222 Plymouth Lane, Bolingbrook, was charged with a warrant at 3:08 p.m. July 8 at his residence.

• Shawnta Robinson, 37, of 508 W. Briarcliff Road, Bolingbrook, was charged with a warrant at 6:19 p.m. July 8 in the 300 block of West Briarcliff Road.

• Richard Robles, 21, of 419 Assembly Drive, Bolingbrook, was charged with an in-state warrant after a traffic stop at 11 p.m. July 9 at Hadleigh Drive and Bedford Drive.

License violations

• Cindy Washington, 40, of 7813 Woodward Drive, Woodridge, was charged with an in-state warrant, driving on a suspended license and improper lane use after a traffic stop at 2:45 p.m. July 3 in the 700 block of East Boughton Road.

• George Wight, 47, of 1217 Island Club Square, Vero Beach, Fla., was charged with an in-state warrant, driving on a suspended license, improper lane use and no insurance after a traffic stop at 8:39 a.m. July 7 at Brookview Lane and Remington Boulevard.

• Gabriela Romero, 26, of 2E Fernwood Drive, Bolingbrook, was charged with hit and run, no valid driver’s license and moving violation after a traffic stop at 2:30 p.m. July 8 at Fernwood Drive and Lily Cache Lane.

• Carlos Nava, 47, of 108 Balmoral Drive, Bolingbrook, was charged with an in-state warrant and driving on a suspended license after a traffic stop at 10:35 p.m. July 9 at Remington Boulevard and Territorial Drive.
