Hosted by the Westmont Park District, the free live music and arts showcase will run every Wednesday during the summer until Aug. 13. This year, the concert series will be divided between Ty Warner Park and Veterans Park.

The event features five concerts, two movies and back-to-back weeks of Shakespeare in the Park, which runs Aug. 10 and Aug. 17. The concerts and plays will begin at 7 p.m. while the movies start at 8:30 p.m.

All performances and shows are family friendly, and patrons are encouraged to bring picnic baskets, lawn chairs and blankets. Concessions will available for purchase at The Backstop concession stand just south of the Gazebo at Ty Warner Park only, according to the park district website.
