Former chamber director joins Career Vision staff

GLEN ELLYN – Former Glen Ellyn Chamber of Commerce co-executive director Georgia Koch has joined the staff of Career Vision, 526 N. Main St., as community outreach coordinator, according to a news release from the organization.

She will promote Career Vision by networking, scheduling community education programs and stressing the importance of learning through aptitude-based career building.

Koch is a Glen Ellyn resident of nearly 40 years and has served the village in many ways, including through the Glen Ellyn Junior Women's Club, Glen Ellyn Infant Welfare, the Glen Ellyn Fourth of July Committee and the Salvation Army in Glen Ellyn.

She holds a bachelor of arts degree in biology with a psychology minor from Bowling Green State University and a secondary teaching degree from William Jewell College.
