CAROL STREAM – Many Carol Stream residents and visitors attended this year's Summer Carnival, held Thursday through Sunday at the Ross Ferraro Town Center.

The Alpine Amusement Company of Naperville hosted the carnival, which featured 20 rides and various summertime foods.

The event also offered a carnival specifically for people with special needs and their families on Saturday.

The weekend included free prizes, giveaways, complimentary bottled water, face painting and more.
