VILLA PARK – Colorful, oversized balloons, magic tricks and comedy were plentiful during the Big Balloon Show with Smarty Pants on June 26 at the Iowa Community Center.

The show, featuring Smarty Pants and his wife, Miss Dena, is a unique vaudeville-style stage production for young children. The duo have been performing the award-winning show for more than a decade at libraries, park districts and festivals. they are an annual feature at the Taste of Chicago.
