ROMEOVILLE – A pizza delivery driver was pulled from her car and robbed at gunpoint Tuesday night.

Deputy Police Chief Steve Lucchesi said the victim arrived at 10:24 p.m. on Dunbridge Lane and was approached by three men covering their faces with hooded sweatshirts they were wearing. Lucchesi said the men forced the driver to sit in the back seat. One man held a gun on her while another rifled through the vehicle.

The robbers struck the woman on the head with the gun and took cash, her cellphone and pizzas. Lucchesi said the victim did not require medical attention.
