“We obtained a search warrant for his house [in the 1800 block] last week and found between 60 to 70 grams of cannabis,” Ladd said. CPAT agents also reportedly found baggies and digital scales used to measure and package drugs.

On Wednesday afternoon, Liccardi was arrested on two counts of delivery of marijuana and one count of possession of drug paraphernalia. He was booked into the county jail and is being held on $100,000 bond.
