D-33's first all-day kindergarten students graduate

WEST CHICAGO – West Chicago Elementary School District 33’s first all-day kindergartners graduated June 12 from Gary Elementary School.

Two ceremonies were held for the 114 students who graduated.

As part of the graduation, kindergartners danced the waltz and sang, and they were presented with diplomas.

Ana Maria Diaz, paraprofessional in one of the kindergarten classrooms, was honored for her 20 years of service at Gary Elementary School.
