Police reports: Hinsdale for June 20

HINSDALE

DUIs

• Fiona Wheeler, 41, 522 N. County Line Road, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, disobeying a stop sign and not having a driver's license at 7:13 p.m. June 13 at the intersection of Hickory Street and County Line Road.

• Kyle Nagle, 23, 1443 Scoville Ave., Berwyn, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, disobeying a traffic control device, transporting open alcohol and unlawful use of a weapon at 10:50 a.m. June 11 at 149 E. Ogden Ave. Police were notified that subject was passed out in a vehicle while it was stopped in traffic.

Obstructing a peace officer

Jose Sanchez, 24, 9 S. 8th Ave., Maywood, was charged with obstructing a peace officer and unlawful use of identification card at 10:10 p.m. June 10 in the 10 block of East Hinsdale Avenue. Police made contact with the suspect while investigating a noise complaint. Suspect then gave false information about his identity.

Disorderly conduct charged

Ian Pinawin, 32, 1983 Gary Court, Schaumburg, was charged with disorderly conduct at 7:43 a.m. Saturday at Manor Care in the 600 block of West Ogden Avenue after making statements and acting in a manner that was alarming and disturbing to the nurse and police officers.

Unlawful use

A credit card was used to purchase over $500 worth of items between 12:30 p.m. June 13 and 12:45 p.m. Saturday at Walgreens, 15 Grant Square.

Credit card fraud

Two unauthorized charges were with a debit card between 3 and 4 p.m. June 12 in the 400 block of North Lincoln Avenue.

Identity theft

A victim's identity was used to file a tax return at 8:48 a.m. June 13 in the 10 block of East Birchwood Street.

Theft

Several large pieces of metal were stolen from a construction site between 10 a.m. and noon June 11 at 7 Salt Creek, Hinsdale.

Telephone harassment

Several phone calls were repeatedly made to Manor Care in an effort to make the phone lines unusable between 8 p.m. May 22 and 9:26 p.m. June 12 in the 600 block of West Ogden Avenue.
