VILLA PARK – The Villa Park Public Library will host "Let's Cook: Fun on a Stick" at 3:30 p.m. June 27 at the library, 305 S. Ardmore Ave.

Chef Kate Bradley will make brownie cake pops, homemade marshmallows, pudding pops and caramel-dipped pretzels. The hands-on class is sponsored by the library's Youth Services Department and is for children ages 9 to 14.

The program is offered as a part of the library's Paws to Read summer reading program. The incentive program encourages youth to read for fun and earn prizes, while maintaining and strengthening reading skills.
