WEST CHICAGO – Community members of all ages attended the West Chicago Park District and Police Department's Touch-A-Truck event Saturday at Reed-Keppler Park.

The long-running event was established to bring the community together, event organizer and Crime Prevention Officer Tony Quarto said in a city news release.

Touch-A-Truck featured a variety of trucks that visitors were invited to explore and experience.

These included big rigs, fire engines, police cars, excavating equipment and more that came from several governmental agencies and private companies.
