Village of Lisle asking residents to take survey as part of market study

LISLE – The village of Lisle is asking residents, commuters and visitors to complete a survey about downtown Lisle and the Ogden Avenue corridor, according to a village news release.

Information from the survey will be used to help the village, the Lisle Area Chamber of Commerce, Lisle business- and property-owners, and potential new businesses better serve the Lisle community.

The survey is part of the Downtown Lisle/Ogden Avenue Corridor Market Study. The purpose of the study is to obtain an analysis of the downtown Lisle and Ogden Avenue retail markets and climates, project development potential, and identify businesses appropriate for the area and possible sites for new businesses, mixed-use space or redevelopments.

It will consist of four phases and take about six months to complete.

To access the survey online, visit and click the “Downtown/Ogden Survey” button on the lower left corner of the webpage.

To obtain a paper copy, contact the Community and Economic Development Department at 630-271-4169.

The survey is estimated to take 10 minutes to finish.

Feedback from the market study will guide future business attraction and redevelopment efforts.

Updates and public meeting notices about the study will be posted on the project webpage and emailed to subscribers of the study's enotify list.
