LOMBARD – Children gathered this week for some free fun during a vacation bible school at Trinity Lutheran Church.

The Bible school, Gangway to Galilee, started Monday and runs through Friday and featured Bible stories, crafts, games, music and snacks. The week-long event was coordinated by the Trinity Lutheran School teaching staff.

Gangway to Galilee was held for children ages 3 through those entering fifth grade. The Trinity Lutheran School has been in operation since 1860.
