LEMONT – A tugboat captain and the Lemont-based business Egan Marine were found guilty of negligence charges Monday stemming from a 2005 barge explosion that killed a worker, according to media reports.

Dennis Egan faces as many as five years in prison, while the business faces probation and as much as $200,000 in fines, according to media reports.
