LISLE – The 2014 featured balloon at Lisle Eyes to the Skies Festival will be the “Old Lady and the Shoe,” according to a festival news release.

Owned and operated by Hanger 45 Operations in Amarillo, Texas, the balloon will be piloted by Chris Jones at the festival's evening balloon glows July 3, 4 and 5. It portrays the classic fairytale for which it is named and is so large it will require 10 balloon crew volunteers to keep it secure during the inflation process.
