Resisting

Mauricio Velazquez-Arellano, 33, 2004 Ridge Lane, Woodridge, was charged with resisting a peace officer and driving while license suspended following the investigation of a stopped vehicle around 12:39 a.m. May 23 on 75th Street at Woodward Avenue.

Animal cruelty

Eric Forde, 56, 679 Talcott Ave., Lemont, was charged with animal cruelty after the investigation of a dog left in a parked vehicle around 2:34 p.m. May 25 in the 7300 block of Woodward Avenue.

Vehicles tampered with

• A criminal damage to a vehicle occurred sometime between 1:30 a.m. and 3:37 a.m. May 28 in the 10000 block of Woodward Avenue. Unknown person(s) broke out the front passenger side window of a parked vehicle.

• A burglary from motor vehicle occurred sometime between 1:30 a.m. and 3:37 a.m. May 28 in the 10000 block of Woodward Avenue. Unknown person(s) removed a bag containing a laptop, a tablet and a mobile phone from a parked vehicle.

• A burglary from a motor vehicle occurred sometime between 2:20 p.m. and 2:55 p.m. May 23 in the 1000 block of 75th Street. Unknown person(s) removed a wallet from the front seat of a parked vehicle.

Trespass

Lavonne Glenn, 19, 7924 Woodlyn, Woodridge, was charged with criminal trespass to property and resisting/obstructing a peace officer following an incident around 4:15 p.m. May 28 in the 8000 block of Willowwood.
